    Pruning roses is essential for all types of rose plants because it helps to clear away dead, damaged, and diseased limbs that are unhealthy for your rose bushes. They also make your rose garden look uncared for and shabby. Proper pruning encourages the plant to develop healthy root systems and new growth.
